5 Reasons Why You Should Stay Natural

Posted on NaturalBrownies2013@blogspot.com

There has been a lot of chatter about naturals going back to relaxed. Be it bloggers or just naturalista's. There is a group that is returning to the "creamy crack".  Of course I have an opinion, being a natural head for over 10 years. But instead of me ranting about it and adding to the outrage in the natural community, I am just gonna give you some reasons why you shouldn't go back and you should say natural.

One
Versatilty. When your natural you can still straighten your hair. then go back to curly. then straight again, whatever you want. as long as you keep the health of your hair in check, you should because to achieve any style you want.

Two
Straight Natural IS  an option. You don't have to be a curly natural. You can still straight your hair. Maintain the health. even with the heat. there are hair systems designed to do just that. Beautiful textures. Etae Naturals. Of course heat damage is a possibility. But really, is it that big of an issuer if your hair is going to be straight most of the time? I mean, most nautilus worry about it because they want to go between straight and curly. and the straight ends hinder the curly look.

Three
Remember the burn? I mean, come on. Admit that the burn of the relaxer wasn't that bad. HA! It was awful and you know it. You could touch it. Scratch it. Even breath on it. It was gonna burn and it was gonna hurt.

Four
The Chemicals. Have you ever researched the ingredients in the relaxers? The type of chems your putting on your hair and scalp. that is seeping into your pores and straight to your brain. Yes, honey. Ur hair, scale, brain, all at risk.

Five
Overall Healthy Hair. This ties into with the previous but as a natural, you can use natural ingredients to get the maximum health out of your hair. Then your straight hair will be better than ever. Bouncy, shiny, retaining length.

Of course at the end of the day, the decision is your and no one should be maad at you for it. I think people just get passionate about things and they want the best for others. Some times passion comes across quite aggressive.

As always, thanks for reading.
