My Citrus Salmon

Its not a Thursday...but lets throwdown anyway!
My absolute favorite way to do salmon. And As always [like everyone says] it is super easy!

Ingredients
Salmon
Olive Oil
Lemon Juice
Montreal Steak Seasoning [McCormick]
Salmon Rub Seasoning [McCormick]

Directions

• Heat oven at 400 or Broil High
• Drizzle salmon with olive oil and lemon juice, just enough to moisten it
• Sprinkle on seasoning as light [or heavy] as you would like
• Bake for 25 min or Broil for 10-15 min
• Finished when flaky or crispy edges [for more well done]

SIMPLE!

A Shopping Spree.

I love to shop! But not just every other week go to a couple of stores...Naw.
I like to save up my money 3 or 4 months then go to a HUGE mall and put in WORK!  I come home with an arms full of bags and a full smile. Best days...

Dinner at my Favorite Restaurant.

Favorite restaurant hands down! Even ver high end spots like Ruth Chris. Yes. Best food. Best dessert. Best options. It so amazing.

All Night Movies at the Drive-In.

I love movies. I love a movie marathon. SO I love with the drive-in does All Night Movies! 4 movies in the Spring, 5 in the summer. Yes...This is what I LOVE to do...Watch Movies!

I'm Looking Forward to...

This past summer we took a family trip to Disney. It was my daughter's first time, my son's second...and my 6th...maybe, lol.

If you are a kid at heart and you haven't been to Disney, you have to GO!

It is amazing. Just the atmosphere of good clean fun and magic. Amazing.

So it is not surprising that this is the place that I can't wait to return to next year. 

We are already thinking of when we are going to go and spend out time with the mouse himself.

To me, this is the best vacation spot.  At least a family vacation.

Disney, I will be back with you soon.  Don't you worry...

When you have gone through certain things in your life, you have no choice but to call on the Master and admit that only He can help you through.  About 4 years ago, the longest trial, moment, speed bump, situation in my life just blind sided me.
I was knocked down to the deepest pit and I couldn't get out.  Only Christ could help me, mend me, and make me whole again.
I had to remember, this was happening for a reason.  This was what i needed to get closer to Him and to do his Kingdom work. It was needed and it helped me realize He was Lord and He deserved my everything. Even when things were good, I should have been focusing on Him.
And no matter how bad things got, I had faith that a better joy was coming...And I am proof that it is.
Trust Him.
