My Citrus Salmon

Its not a Thursday...but lets throwdown anyway!
My absolute favorite way to do salmon. And As always [like everyone says] it is super easy!

Olive Oil
Lemon Juice
Montreal Steak Seasoning [McCormick]
Salmon Rub Seasoning [McCormick]


  • Heat oven at 400 or Broil High
  • Drizzle salmon with olive oil and lemon juice, just enough to moisten it
  • Sprinkle on seasoning as light [or heavy] as you would like
  • Bake for 25 min or Broil for 10-15 min
  • Finished when flaky or crispy edges [for more well done]
