Hello Loves!!
I was bored with my natural nails and wanted some length without getting acrylics. So I went out bought me a pack of Kiss Fake Nails and glued them on my self.  Just a quick video showing you all how easy it was to get a Simple Glam Look.

My nails are growing well due to my new nail care.  As long as I keep up the routine, they keep growing and stay strong.
I do love to paint my nails and I am getting ready to go in vacation...to DISNEY! Oh yea, so some Disney nail art is on deck....

Nail Growth: Tips & Tricks

I think it may be obvious but...I failed at my 3 month nail challenge.  Kicking myself for falling off but oh well.
Click here to see when I first wanted to start this challenge.

Anyway, I have begun again! This time I am already a month in!
The main reason I gave up last time was because my nails didn't seem to be growing or strengthening at all. And they broke off after a week. Ugh.

Nail Growth

So I gave up...but I have decided to start again. Because I noticed after i gave up, my nails just kept breaking and breaking and never grew past a certain length.  At least before when they were breaking, they still were growing.

What I have been doing is mixing oils [olive oil, avocado oil, and grapes oil], heat them up, and let my nails soak in that for 10 minutes. Moistures my actual nails and cuticles. And if they are moisturized they won't break because they won't be dry!

After a month, my nails are back to were they were when I started. I also only file and trim the either once a month or when I need to [hang nail or whatever]. This also helps keep up the strength of the ends of my nails.

I will be keeping up with this regimen for sure, my nails keep growing. I wonder how long they will get??

Nail: A Mani I Hated

I actually hated this mani. It turned out to be Easter-looking and that is not what I was going for in the slightest. I was just playing around and then it got ugly...then worse....then Easter eye explosion on my nails. Ugh.

Nail Art: Leopard Print #1

Milani is giving me so much LIFE! These color statement polishes are so lovely.

This one is Peri-Wink. A gorgeous fresh blue with a hint of pearl.

I topped with a bit of nail art, some leopard print and...lines? IDK what to call that, lol, just lines.

                         

I need more of these polishes in my life!

Nail Art: Flowers #3

My vacation nail art...not a favorite of mine. I forgot my base coat. So the first night I wanted to do my nails, I was a bit discouraged. To me all I see are flaws. The base color, JulieG 9 to 5, was so streaky. I think it was the lack of BC but I won't know till I try it again. Then my art could have been better I think. But it was wearable. Ended up chipping after one day tho. Lack of a BC, I know.

Hopefully my next round of this orange will go better.
